Winter Events In Saipan | December 2022 – February 2023

The temperature during the winter season in Saipan will feel not much different from the rest of the year – we’ll still be in the rainy season, but this year there’s been a lot more sun than there has been rain.

The main difference we’ll be seeing during these months is Christmas decorations and lots of them. The island loves holding Christmas decorations contests, and I always look forward to seeing what the community comes up with!

(There’s even a Christmas village that I plan on visiting for the first time this year!)

Yup, it might not snow here, but beginning December 01 – February 28, two of the biggest holiday celebrations hug the entire island.

When it comes to events, Saipan businesses and organizations do a fairly great job at hosting them. What makes the events even more exciting during December – February is, of course, Christmas and the welcoming of a new year.

If Saipan is on your travel list during these months, here is a list of events that might help you plan your trip accordingly.
