OVERVIEW
The 7 provides a different perspective towards the 7 Deadly Sins, in which the sins are depicted in ways that aim to awaken the parts of us that are being blocked for self-growth and healing. This is when our greatest sins become our strongest virtues.
BACKGROUND
The human race has always succumbed to immorality and self-gratification, no matter how good or how bad we physically show others, or think of ourselves. For many years, people have tried to come up with a system to place these immoralities; a system simple enough to understand, but memorable enough to convey guilt. The system was eventually a way of classifying these sinners to Hell, and separating them from God and paradise.

BEHIND THE NUMBER
With there being seven sins, this project revolves around the number seven.
Each sin has its own story; each story is sectioned into seven parts.
There are seven sets of black and white, and colored photos.
There are seven different models to represent each sin.
The homepage video is 16 seconds short: 6+1 = 7.
Each “sinpage” video is seven seconds short.
BEHIND THE WORDS
The third paragraph of each sin is the only section that includes another “character” in the story. This character is unclear. They could literally be another person, or the reader seeing their inner demons from the past, present, or future.
Each story is purposefully written with few details, as the stories are meant to be imagined through the readers’ personal lives and experiences.
BEHIND THE PHOTOS
Each set of photos represents a section of the story.
Faces are avoided for the most part, in order to avoid putting a face to the overall story.
Black and white photos are meant to depict the readers’ POV.
Colored photos are depicted from a third-person POV.
The seventh photo of every sin is purposely only colored and posed to where the models are looking towards the sky to indicate the new beginning of the readers’ lives.
Models are selected based on the sin they are personally least likely to have.

Feeling my insides burning;

Moaning at the touch of your skin against mine.
I turn to face you, but all I see are white linen sheets.
Untouched.
I inhale and slowly close my eyes.
I try to remember what it must have felt like…
To have you near me.
To have you whisper sweet nothings into my ear.
To feel your hands graze my bare arms, making me shiver,
And let you have your way with me.
There was this pure bliss that surrounded the both of us.
It commanded our attention.
It desired for affection.
But it disappeared just as quickly as your emotions.
PRIDE
I am attractive.
I am intelligent.
I am wealthy.
I am powerful.
Better than everyone else.
Stronger.
Braver.
Wiser.
My force is unstoppable.
My ideas are unbeatable.
I am more than enough.
I am the change that the world needs.
