It’s okay to cry;

It’s okay to shout;

It’s okay to feel lost;

It’s okay to worry;

It’s okay to fall;

It’s okay to stay at your comfort level;

It’s okay to be judged;

It’s okay to let people go;

It’s okay to isolate;

It’s okay to throw a tantrum;

It’s okay to be rejected;

It’s okay to have baggage;

It’s okay to have your heart ache;

It’s okay to feel broken.

All of this is okay.

Just promise yourself that if you feel or experience any of these, you will comfort your mind, heart, and soul by reminding them that –

It’s okay to smile;

It’s okay to laugh;

It’s okay to go at your own pace;

It’s okay to have faith and trust in life’s plans for you;

It’s okay to get back up again;

It’s okay to try new things;

It’s okay to be different;

It’s okay to know your worth;

It’s okay to heal;

It’s okay to let your emotions out;

It’s okay to be protected and redirected;

It’s okay to make mistakes;

It’s okay to grow back the love you have for yourself and for others;

It’s okay to put the pieces back together.

It’s okay.

I’m doing okay.

You’re doing okay.

We’re doing okay.
